FAQ
Have questions? We have the answers!
We are located on the corner of 7th and Sassafras Streets, right next to Gannon University and across from Gannon's Library.
The contemporary service begins at 9am in the upstairs Oxford Hall. The traditonal service is held in the sanctuary at 10:30am. Both are ADA accessible and transportation is available.
New visitors are encouraged to turn in from 7th Street, right across from the Gannon Library. Look for the sign that says NEW VISITOR PARKING. You can also park in the West Parking Lot across the street from the church.
Yes, there is a nursery for the young ones, and a teacher for older children every Sunday. Other events like movie days, annual talent show, kids choir, and summer carnival make it a great place for families and children.
The 9am Light for the City service features a band with contemporary Christian songs and is more casual. The 10:30am service in the sanctuary is more traditional, and features well known hymns, an organ, a piano, and a choir.
The ministries include the city youth group, Sunday school teaching, and a monthly college outreach. We support Rise Against Hunger, The Crop Walk, Wesley Woods, and other acts of love. Talk to Pastor Bob or Pastor Susan about joining one of these many ministries.
Small groups tend to lead to good friends and faith. Groups form for teaching series from our Pastors and to attend events. There is also Bible Study at 9:30am Sunday mornings. Talk to Pastor Bob or Pastor Susan for more information and the next group meeting.
We have mission projects, partner with ServErie and other area churches on everything from food pantries to homeless shelters. Come to church on Sundays or watch online. Get to know the people and hear what is going on next. Hit the button on this page or go to the Contact Page and leave your contact info and we'll give you a call.
